• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• An order confirmation email is sent after successful payment; this constitutes acceptance of the order.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.
• COD orders may require a refundable security deposit for high-value items.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Promotional offers and discount codes are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.
• MayaPlaza is not responsible for typographical pricing errors; orders placed at erroneous prices may be cancelled.

• We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days and may vary by location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates; delays due to courier issues or force majeure are not grounds for cancellation after dispatch.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• Verify the package integrity before signing the delivery acknowledgment.

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if defective, damaged, or not as described.
• Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and invoice.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• COD refunds are issued via bank transfer; online payment refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Certain items (opened software, perishable goods, personal hygiene products) are not eligible for return.

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, actual product colors and features may vary slightly due to screen settings. Technical specifications are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guruvayoor, Kerala, India.
